Daintree Saltwater Barramundi has consistently won awards at the highly esteemed Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, since first entering in 2006, and this includes being given the Sydney Royal Champion Award. In 2023 our barramundi competed in two categories, Plate Sized Barramundi and Large Whole Fish, and won the Gold and Silver Medal respectively.
