Daintree Saltwater Barramundi Fish Farms has consistently won awards at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show since they first entered in 2006.

Sydney Royal Fine Food Show Awards

The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show is judged independently by a panel of representatives from the industry, ranging from technical experts to chefs and consumers. Barramundi is judged in conjunction with the Summer Aquaculture section and brings produce from all around Australia to be judged for its quality, texture and taste.

Daintree Saltwater Barramundi Fish Farms enters produce in two categories, being Large Whole Fish Barramundi (2-4 kg) and Plate Sized Barramundi (400-800g). We have consistently won awards every year, since we started entering the competition in 2006.
